Information for Contributors
The program includes 12 plenary talks, 23 sessions of minisymposia, 12 sessions of contributed talks and 3 poster sessions.
The lecture halls will be equipped with a projector with standard VGA input and a Windows computer. Besides Adobe Reader for PDF, Microsoft Powerpoint software is also available on the computers. However, it is recommended to bring the presentation converted to PDF to avoid font and formatting problems. Please make sure to upload your presentation to the computer 30 minutes before the start of the sessions.
If you prefer to bring your own laptop, please make sure to test your equipment at least 30 minutes before the beginning of the sessions. Additionally, it is recommended to bring your presentation in PDF on a memory stick as a backup.
Please remember to stick to the schedule and allow for five minutes of discussion.
The poster sessions are scheduled for Monday, 17:15-18:30 and 19:30-22:00, and Thursday, 16:00-17:30.
Posters can be put up from Monday morning and can be displayed throughout the entire conference. Please put up your poster on the poster board carrying the number of your poster. You can find your poster number in the poster section of the conference booklet.
The poster boards are designed for A0 portrait posters (max. height: 180 cm, max. width: 95 cm).
